Description
Handwritten letter in English, addressed from Kite at 17 Rue Campagne Premiere to Roderic O’Conor [at Chailly-en-bière]. Kite sends thanks to Honta for her card. Kite had heard from Webster Prats de Mollo that the weather at Amelie-les Bains was very bad. Kite thinks that O’Conor must have known ‘poor old Walden’ who has died. Kite himself is ‘still ill’ but improving. He was at [Frank Chadwick’s] place, the [Edward Brooks] family have gone to America.
