Description
Handwritten letter in English, addressed from Fry at 48 Bernard Street, London WC1 asking O’Conor if he will submit two ‘important’ works ‘perhaps a nude and a flower piece’ to an exhibition to be held in Buenos Aires. Fry is on the Committee ‘of this damned Duveen scheme for boosting British art’. Fry encloses a lithograph for O’Conor, ‘a sort of Christmas card’.
