Manuscript. Thanks Yeats for his letter and his excellent drawing of ‘the plainsman’. Mentions that William Butler Yeats had visited the previous weekend and told Masefield that miss Allgood and Fay of the Abbey theatre, Dublin, are quarrelling about Fay allowing his wife to play Allgood’s part when she was ill.
