Description
Collection contains photocopies of letters of correspondence between Jack B. Yeats, Joseph Hone, C..E.F. Trench, and a number of unidentified correspondents. Joseph Hone (1882 - 1959) was an Irish writer, literary historian, critic and biographer of W.B. Yeats. C.E.F Trench was a writer and was married to the artist Beatrice Orpen. The collection also contains photocopies of two sketches by Yeats, alongside two letters of correspondence between James White (Director, National Gallery of Ireland) and David K. Adams (Dean of Beloit College, Wisconsin) concerning the donation of the Yeats archival material.
