Description
Handwritten letter with envelope from Hugh Lane to Sarah Cecilia Harrison of 9 Campden Grove, Kensington, W, writing that he is attending a meeting in the RHA wherein he will approach the admission price debate and that three lectures by J.B. Yeats, W.B. Yeats and George Russel [AE] have been decided upon. He also states that Mr Tobin of the Paving Committee is helping him select appropriate sites for trees in Dublin, so 'that we shall have the joy of seeing something grow in Dublin!'. Lane thanks Harrison for her Christmas gift.
