Description
Manuscript letter on headed paper, addressed from Connor's studio at 302 New Jersey Avenue S.E., Washington, D.C. to Tuite. Connor approves of the "flavor" of the article, as it demonstrates his aim to "keep [Emmet's] name before the Irish people." Connor instructs Tuite to tell [John Devoy] to stay on the trail of high ranking US officials who may benefit from the sale of arms and ammunition to the Allies. Connor is "sure this administration is full of such vultures."
