Description
Manuscript letter on headed paper, addressed from Connor's studio at 302 New Jersey Avenue S.E., Washington, D.C. to Tuite. Connor provides notes for Devoy on ["Colonel" Edward M. House], "the most formidable man (American) to contend with in this international crisis." Connor notes that House is President Woodrow Wilson's "secret emmissary to Europe," and if he can find further information it will be relayed.
