Envelope containing notes relating to a 1918 election badge

The envelope contains two notes, from 1918 and 1973 respectively, concerning a 1918 election badge found elsewhere in the Purser collection. There is also a note saying the badge was sent to an unspecified individual by Joseph Nolan at the time of Erskine Childers campaign for President of Ireland in 1973.
